Cluster Army, keywords and long tails free classifier

Overview

Cluster Army is a free tool to generate keywords clusters.

During keyword analysis, especially when working with long lists of terms, it is very useful to catalog each keyword in order to analyze the aggregated data. Cluster Army performs a 7-step process:

  1. Read the imported list
  2. Find the distribution (Term frequency) of each single stem, if the option is selected the stopwords are removed.
  3. Find the distribution of each single term (token), if the option is selected the stopwords are removed.
  4. Find the distribution of all term pairs, stopwords are not excluded.
  5. Find the distribution of all triples, stopwords are not excluded.
  6. Create the cluster table with the starting keyword associated with the most frequent stem, single, double and triple.
  7. Finally, the tool generates a chart for each distribution that you can use in your documents.

Instructions

Enter a list of terms in this keyword cataloger, the longer the list, the more precise the cluster assignment will be.

Input:

The tool supports two types of inputs:

  • Import a TXT file (2 MB max): drag&drop or upload a txt file with a word or phrase per line.
  • Direct input (50.000 rows max): enter a word or phrase per line or just copy-paste your list.

You can choose to exclude the standard stopwords of the chosen language and you can also enter other words that must be excluded in the single-key association.

Output and downloads:

At the end of the process you have 10 minutes to download the 5 files:

  1. Distribution of stems

  3. Distribution of keyword pairs
  4. distribution of sets of three words
  5. Total Cluster (Stems + single + couple + triple)

What is a word stem?

In linguistics, a stem is a part of a word used with slightly different meanings and would depend on the morphology of the language in question. The stem of the verb wait is wait: it is the part that is common to all its inflected variants.

  1. wait (infinitive)
  2. wait (imperative)
  3. waits (present, 3rd person, singular)
  4. wait (present, other persons and/or plural)
  5. waited (simple past)
  6. waited (past participle)
  7. waiting (progressive)

In one usage, a stem is a form to which affixes can be attached. Thus, in this usage, the English word friendships contains the stem friend, to which the derivational suffix -ship is attached to form a new stem friendship, to which the inflectional suffix -s is attached. In a variant of this usage, the root of the word (in the example, friend) is not counted as a stem.

FAQ

How do you cluster keywords?

Enter your list of keywords in the Keyword Clusterizer, choose whether to remove the stopwords or not (stopwords are available in English or Italian) and start the tool. Depending on how many keywords are present in your list (maximum 50,000) the tool will take a long time, let it work. At the end you can download the distribution of the coats of arms, single, double and triple words and the related cluster associated with your keywords.

What is keyword grouping?

Grouping keywords means creating groups of related and similar words for each other. The advantage of clusters is that you can analyze thousands of terms by studying the clusters and you will know which terms to use to optimize content or to expand a search intent from an SEO point of view.

Clusters are important because they allow you to group variations of a keyword that you can use to expand the semantics of a text. Clusters allow you to define the best variants, thus avoiding focusing only on a single keyword.
